What you'll do:

  • Provide technical support via email, chat, and video calls
  • Help customers integrate our shipping components into their applications
  • Document and escalate complex technical issues
  • Contribute to our knowledge base and help center
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve our platform

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong communication skills and empathy for customer challenges
  • Basic understanding of APIs and web technologies
  • Experience with shipping/logistics is a plus

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute high-converting lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns with focus on cost-per-lead and ROI
  • Build and manage targeted audiences for B2B SaaS companies
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for maximum conversion
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for lead quality
  • Manage lead nurturing sequences and conversion funnels
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure lead quality and handoff processes

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of performance marketing and lead generation experience
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
